Required Enrollment Documents
To ensure a smooth enrollment process at ViLA, please prepare and submit the following documents:

- Proof of Age: A copy of the student’s birth certificate or another official document verifying their age.
- Academic Records: Transcripts or report cards from previous schools.
- Immunization Records: Current immunization records as required by state regulations.
- Proof of Residency: A utility bill, lease agreement, or similar document showing your current address.
- Parent/Guardian Identification: A government-issued ID for the enrolling parent or guardian.
